Position Overview:
As an LPN Unit Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare services. Your focus will be on achieving positive clinical outcomes, as well as enhancing patient, family, and employee satisfaction within your designated unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide professional guidance and oversight to non-professional unit staff.
- Assess the educational needs of staff and work with the Nurse Educator to develop appropriate training programs.
- Oversee medication management to ensure proper supply levels and adherence to company policies.
- Engage in direct patient care alongside other nursing staff to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the state of employment.
- A minimum of one year of nurse management experience is required.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
