">Job Description:
">As a Home Sales Inspector, you will be responsible for understanding our protection services and making strategic recommendations to residential customers. You will perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, solving problems and building trusted relationships to ensure homes and families are protected.
">You will be adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, winning over customers with confidence and care. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new business and assigned leads, scheduling sales appointments, and meeting with potential customers in their homes to explain our products and services.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no experience necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers effectively.
