Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Warehouse Workers, LLC. as a Product Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products, managing product launch plans, and ensuring the feasibility of new products from both an engineering and business perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage product launch plans, including creating and executing product launch timelines
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of new products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices
  • Reverse engineer products and components to create specifications
  • Develop Bills of Material (BOM) and other product documentation
  • Review and approve Change Requests (CRs) and other product-related documents
  • Manage engineering buyer/materials to source and obtain pricing for new parts
  • Approve validation of aftermarket parts and new or secondary suppliers
  • Provide direction and communication to Manufacturing Engineers on tooling specifications, testing, and other product-related matters
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Engineering Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Manufacturing or development experience with electronics components
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and repair
  • Experience with product development and project management
  • Design experience and knowledge of various machinery and equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate knowledge
  • Broad exposure to manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
  • Familiarity with various drawing formats, units of measure, measuring tools, and techniques
  • Good understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations
