Seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health Crisis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical supervision, ensuring the quality of clinical services, and developing new services to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clinical staff and program development
  • Provide consultation, training, and technical assistance to clinical staff
  • Liaise with Administrative Council and provide clinical knowledge and expertise

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dual diagnosis treatment or substance use disorder, excellent communication skills, and the ability to function in a team-based environment. This is a full-time exempt position with an attractive benefit package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, and a generous 401(k) plan.
