Job SummaryThis full-time position involves providing integrated behavioral health and primary care services in a rural health clinic setting. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in social work or a related field and have experience working in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) or a related field
- Current licensure as an LCSW
- Experience working in a rural or underserved area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary: $83,000+
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- $10,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription, and paid CME time
- Full benefits, including 401(k) match
