We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our operations team at Uncommon Schools. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing key logistics and providing operational support that enables students and teachers to flourish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the mission of Uncommon Schools and be passionate about being an anti-racist organization. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing various school systems, including assessments, facilities, student food service, staff & student technology, and event planning
  • Owning the execution of workstreams such as family and student events, internal quarterly assessments, student food systems, student and staff technology, and transportation systems
  • Collaborating with the Director of Operations to design, implement, and refine systems that anticipate the needs of the school community

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have prior project management and/or office-based customer service experience, strong digital literacy skills, and excellent time management skills. They will also possess a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience.
