Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Venue 1842 team with preparation and execution of rentals and events.
  • Set up and tear down rentals and events, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and musicians to deliver exceptional events.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and tear-down.
  • Enforce policies and procedures related to rentals and programs.
  • Organize event documentation and review vendor contracts.
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory, and supply management for rentals and events.
  • Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid State of Texas Class C Driver's license.
  • Experience in special events, festivals, or a related field (less than 1 year, 2-3 years, or over 5 years).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
