Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions that align with Catholic values.
  • Participate in Community Outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy and support the Catholic community.
  • Achieve Sales Goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining a strong understanding of our financial products and services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on industry trends and financial products, and maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in these areas.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong Alignment with Catholic values and principles, including a comfort level in serving the Catholic community.
  • Excellent Communication and people skills, with the ability to promote and market your business effectively.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving skills, with a strong analytical ability and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience Presenting to groups and engaging in one-on-one conversations with members and prospects.
  • Demonstrated Entrepreneurial Skills and a personal involvement in your community are desired.
