Supervisor, Clinical Lab Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Natera. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of laboratory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of laboratory activities.
- Monitor and analyze laboratory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and development opportunities to laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CLIA and CAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems and software, including LIMS and ELN.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
