Job Title: Wealth Management - Financial Relationship Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client portfolios, collaborating with industry influencers, and representing our organization within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing Wealth Management clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage in traditional business development activities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop new relationships with external centers of influence, including trust and estate attorneys, money managers, and CPAs.
  • Represent the organization by participating in community events, service organizations, and networking functions.
  • Participate in Trust Investment Committee meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience.
  • Highly developed relationship management skills.
  • Possess reasonable working knowledge of wealth management industry issues and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Business.
  • Well-networked in our primary geographic markets.
  • Established knowledge expert in investments and/or related areas of planning.

  • A competitive salary range between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
