Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Architect to join our team at Fusion HCR. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise Aruba wireless network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wireless network systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless networks with other IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our network remains secure and efficient.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Aruba networks in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of wireless network fundamentals, including the OSI model, TCP/IP, and IPv6.
  • Documented expertise in network configuration, security principles, and maintenance best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or similar technical program, or acceptable industry and work experience.
