Job Description

At Sphere Entertainment, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a resilient and scalable network architecture that meets the growing business needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network architecture that supports voice, video, data, and content rendering technology.
  • Develop and maintain network automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical strategies and architectural design standards.
  • Work with vendors to manage complex network infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in internal and external groups to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise network design and architecture.
  • Experience working with enterprise system platforms, such as compute, storage, and data centers.
  • 3+ years of vendor management experience, with a focus on managing complex vendor engagements.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting large events and venues.
  • 3+ years of experience designing connectivity to public cloud services providers.
  • Knowledge of Cisco IPFM technology and familiarity with SMPTE 2110 protocol.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
