Senior Wireless Network Architect

Fusion HCR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and integrity of our wireless network systems. This includes monitoring, supporting, and optimizing our wireless network infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and implement Aruba wireless networks and infrastructure.
- Manage a queue of work requests to meet service levels and KPI objectives.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable integration of systems and software.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure security and integrity of the enterprise network environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or similar technical program or acceptable industry and work experience.
- 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise Aruba networks in a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba wireless products and technologies.
- Strong network fundamentals, including the OSI model, TCP/IP, and IPv6.
- Documented expertise with network configuration, security principles, and maintenance best practices.
