Century Distribution Systems, a global leader in supply chain and logistics, is seeking a skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and optimizing automated processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for automation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for automation solutions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Monitor the performance of automated processes and systems to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver expected benefits.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance automation solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process automation, with a strong track record of successful project management.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, workflow automation, and scripting languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into automated solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
