About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Logistic Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and management of deliveries, ensuring that products arrive at job sites on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Scheduling outbound deliveries of product to job sites and transfers to other locations and assigning to local, backhaul, and/or contract trucks.
  • Communicating with customers, company associates, and management regarding shipment of orders, including service and shipping issues, as well as complaint resolution.
  • Estimating date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
  • Receiving brick, stone, and other masonry materials into inventory through the operating system.
  • Compiling data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and writing, typing, or entering information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE experience preferred).

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a safety-sensitive position and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
