**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our team at JobRialto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meeting customer satisfaction goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with teams to monitor systems, applications, and processes, ensuring availability goals and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate issue resolution activities across multiple teams, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of problems.
- Manage month-end activities, tracking issues, enhancements, and maintaining process efficiency.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an Analyst in a complex environment.
- Strong financial background with experience in financial reporting processes.
- Experience working in healthcare environments such as IFP, Medicare, or Medicaid.
