Job Overview

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled Co-Occurring Specialist to join our team. As a Co-Occurring Specialist, you will work with individuals to secure and maintain permanent housing, assess their mental health and substance use needs, and develop integrated treatment goals and interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services to individuals to secure and maintain permanent housing
  • Assess history, current needs, and preferences of individuals served in the areas of mental health and substance use
  • Work with individuals and the team to develop integrated individualized mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice
  • Master's degree preferred
  • CADC required
  • A minimum of 2 years paid, progressive work experience in co-occurring/integrated dual disorder treatment services or human service experience with strong knowledge of addictions
  • Experience as a person in recovery preferred
  • 1-year experience if certified as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner
  • Disclosure: Those who disclose they are in recovery must have two years clean time
  • Valid driver's license required
