Job Title: Co-Occurring Specialist - CADC

Job Summary:

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Co-Occurring Specialist - CADC to join our team. As a Co-Occurring Specialist, you will work with individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, providing assessment, direct service, and clinical leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop integrated mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Provide clinical leadership for PACT staff in the area of co-occurring treatment.
  • Work with individuals to develop and implement treatment plans that address both mental health and substance abuse issues.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Proof of CADC certification.
  • 2 years' experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $51,000 - $61,000.
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403b, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Generous vacation and sick time.
  • 10 paid holidays and 11th after 2 years of employment.
