- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of individual plans and progress.
- Manage personnel, including supervising, training, and evaluating team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive living environment.
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure seamless support services.
- Monitor and report any incidents or concerns related to individual safety and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education).
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Valid NYS Driver's License (strongly preferred).
This role requires working in a residential setting, with occasional travel in an agency vehicle.
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit, walk, and stand for prolonged periods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
