Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Patient Services Representative to join our team at OU Health. Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, provide information about clinic operations, and obtain patient demographics.
  • Check In/Check Out: Greet patients, accept payments, and ensure the accuracy of encounter forms.
  • Filing and Organization: Pull patient charts, copy medical records, and maintain a secure and organized filing system.
  • Referrals and Authorizations: Verify insurance eligibility, secure referrals, and collect proof of income.
  • Miscellaneous: Dispense supplies, type notes and letters, and perform related work as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1.5 years of experience in customer service, including at least 6 months in a clinical environment.
  • Licensure/Certifications/Registrations: None required.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
