    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all properties are properly maintained.
  • Quality Control

  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with maintenance coordinators, other departments, and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, facilities management).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of maintenance operations software and systems.
    • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
