Compensation Options:
Option 1 (steady):
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
- Performance Bonuses: 15-20% of base salary (with no cap on revenue growth bonuses)
- Total Expected Compensation Range: $86,250 - $102,000
Option 2 (strong incentives):
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Commission: 3% for the first $1M in sales, 5% for all revenue above
- Total Expected Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000+

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and expand Cheeri's operations in the new territory from the ground up.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to support rapid growth.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to address client needs and prepare for new business opportunities.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve organizational goals while supporting growth.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality caregivers, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Set and achieve growth targets, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Represent Cheeri in the local community and enhance brand awareness in the new market.
Position Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a startup or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated success in independently growing and scaling teams and operations.
- Expertise in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must excel in self-management.
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to rapid changes.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams and developing training programs.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with healthcare/home care and NC/SC regulatory requirements, along with previous customer service experience.
