Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for their vision needs.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
- Basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
