Role Summary:

As a vital member of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences, you will guide our clientele through the latest in premium denim, contributing to the ongoing success of our brand. The Fashion Consultant serves as a representative of the 7 For All Mankind ethos, ensuring top-tier customer engagement and satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the store's performance by consistently exhibiting a customer-focused approach, showcasing your passion for the brand, its products, and its clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the store. Deliver exceptional customer service by styling and advising customers based on their unique preferences. Set a standard for customer engagement that surpasses industry norms. Represent the brand positively in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Cultivate client relationships and generate enthusiasm for our products through proactive outreach. Collaborate with the Store Manager to establish personal development goals. Assist the management team with operational tasks, including: Restocking merchandise on the sales floor. Organizing the stockroom efficiently. Supporting the execution of sales and promotional events. Maintain a tidy, clean, and visually appealing store environment. Exhibit flexibility and availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business. Ensure the brand is represented accurately and that team members embody brand values in all customer interactions. Uphold Loss Prevention protocols to safeguard the store against internal and external theft. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including dress code and attendance. Implement directives from visual merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to ensure proper execution.

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to meet performance expectations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient verbal and written communication abilities. High initiative and self-motivation. Competent in operating a cash register while adhering to cash handling protocols.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.

Special Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive motions while using a cash register or computer. Regular interaction with the public in a bustling retail environment. Must be able to stand for the duration of the work shift. Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, fax machines, scanners, and copiers). Availability to work weekends and evenings. Capability to climb ladders as necessary. Ability to lift, bend, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
