Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading small teams to complete light housekeeper, heavy housekeeper, and laundry aide duties on varying shifts. You will assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff, and assume responsibility for managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff in the absence of the Account Manager.

- Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff in the absence of the Account Manager
- Report equipment/cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion
- Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures to ensure a sanitary environment
- Assist in implementing training, quality control procedures, and in-servicing of housekeeping staff
- Provide positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests
- Comply with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
- Must live in the service area
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
