Sales and Business Development Leader for Photonics

We are seeking an exceptional sales and business development leader to drive the success of our Photonics division. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve annual targets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide market insights and industry analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy and drive improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the photonics industry or a related field would be advantageous, but not necessary.
