Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals in a group home setting. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and help them develop new skills to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to residents with daily living activities
  • Encourage and facilitate residents' participation in recreational and social activities
  • Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' behavior or health

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Negative drug test and acceptable background check

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.00
  • Opportunity for pay increase after one year of service
  • Flexible part-time shifts to accommodate various schedules
