About the Role

Gentiva Hospice is seeking a highly skilled RN Patient Care Manager to lead our clinical team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing the day-to-day operations of our hospice site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, including recordkeeping and staff supervision.
  • Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedule and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care as needed.
  • Manage the site in the absence of the Executive Director or Senior Patient Care Manager.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required.
  • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment.
