Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Room Service Server to join our dynamic team. The Room Service Server plays a crucial role in taking guests' orders via phone and delivering food and beverages to their rooms. This position requires ensuring that food orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menus, ingredients, and preparation methods for each dish, as well as the wine list and operating hours for all food and beverage outlets.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the hotel's layout and amenities to enhance guest interactions.
  • Collect orders from the kitchen, verifying their accuracy, and deliver them efficiently to guests' rooms.
  • Handle signed checks and reconcile daily sales accurately.
  • Assist in the collection of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms, ensuring proper breakdown and cleanliness.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of service etiquette and consistently apply these standards throughout the dining experience.
  • Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness in personal appearance, equipment, and the facility.
