Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and focused individual to join our Operations team at Symmetry Laser. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will learn multiple jobs and contribute to the production of lifesaving medical device components.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running state-of-the-art laser cutting systems, cleaning and inspecting components, and identifying areas for process improvement. They will also be expected to train other employees on production processes and equipment usage as requested by the Supervisor.

This role requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the production process. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
