This role is a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions First National Bank. As a Banking Support Specialist, you will support our branches throughout their geographical area in case of absenteeism, gaining a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while providing networking opportunities.

Your mission will be to support our branches and help them fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions First National Bank's company vision. You will be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions, identifying and addressing clients' needs, and resolving client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience. Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking is also essential. Solid balancing and customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
