Job Overview: At Somafina, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our products and services, while also supporting regulatory compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Risk Management: Develop and implement quality risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure our products and services comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., science, engineering, quality assurance).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
