Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team on a per diem basis. As a PRN Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and complex care to patients in the Labor and Delivery Department
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty
  • Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or AWHONN courses
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with medical equipment and supplies
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare-related laws and regulations
