Key Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients in the Labor and Delivery Department
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- Current certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or one of the following AWHONN courses: within 90 days of hire for new graduates and experienced nurses new to the specialty then required to maintain course certification thereafter
This is a Per Diem As Needed position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our patients and team.
