**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to learn about customer pain points.
- Analyze data to measure performance and drive informed decisions.
- Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Apply engineering best practices such as TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures.
- Support live applications, monitor performance, and respond quickly to incidents.
**Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with full-stack development and modern web frameworks.
**Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum.
