As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the center operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and parents, and promoting the positive image of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the center in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
  • Ensure a safe and educational environment for children and parents.
  • Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
  • Help achieve profitability for the company.
  • Meet state licensing requirements, including a high school diploma or equivalent, current CPR and first aid certification, and prior supervisory experience.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in child development or early childhood education, or 64 semester hours in any discipline with a minimum of 21 semester hours in child development, early childhood education, or early childhood special education.
  • Eithera Gateways to Opportunity Level 1, or 3 semester hours of college credit, or 3 points of credential approved training in administration, leadership, or management.
