ATC remains a preferred workplace.

You will act as a culture advocate, spearhead cultural integration initiatives, and champion organizational change.

As a member of the HR leadership team, this role demands swift integration into
ATC, a high level of accountability, an exceptional ability to build relationships quickly, and a commitment to navigating complex situations.


Furthermore, within the HR function, you will play a crucial role in the execution and ongoing enhancement of HR initiatives such as performance evaluation, coaching, talent development, and succession planning.

Our team fosters a culture of learning, sharing experiences and insights to enhance both individual and collective capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as an HR Business Partner and hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or business management.

A proven ability to address stakeholder requirements while planning and executing programs and projects is essential.

This role offers flexible working arrangements within proximity to our Cottage Grove or Pewaukee offices, with occasional presence required in our De Pere and Kingsford locations.

The Senior

HR Business Partner will allocate approximately 20%-40% of their time traveling between Cottage Grove and Pewaukee, with less frequent travel to De Pere and Kingsford.
