About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Helms Medical Services LLC.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative and clinical skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine clinical tasks, handling administrative duties, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including handling insurance claims and scheduling appointments.
  • Perform routine clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and drawing blood.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and clean them afterwards.
  • Interview patients to obtain their medical history and record it in their files.
  • Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations by handing over instruments and materials.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
