Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with exceptional service to help them find their dream home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to the local real estate market.
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
  • Find potential homebuyers and provide them with information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
  • A consistent record of real estate success.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
  • A collaborative team member.
  • Licensed real estate professional.
  • Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • An openness to mastering scripts and dialogues.
  • Outstanding time management capabilities.
