About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Employee Experience team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive employee experience strategy that aligns with our company's growth plans, values, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy that drives engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
  • Design, execute, and manage programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
  • Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate employee experience initiatives into broader organizational practices and policies.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Create and implement leadership development programs specific to the DC environment that build managerial capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to deliver key content effectively and engage participants.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives related to employee experience, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Champion and drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and motivated.
  • Evaluate training programs and onboarding materials to support new employees in acclimating to the company culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development.
  • Proven ability to roll out and manage talent solutions on a large scale from concept to results measurement.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to manage group dynamics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
  • Tech savvy and experience with tools like Qualtrics, Mentimeter, Canva, etc.
  • Knowledge of Workday Learning (or other LMS) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective employee experience programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
