About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our CX Customer Support Team at Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for directly interfacing with internal and external customers to handle a variety of requests and ensuring their needs are fully met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly communicate with customers through various channels to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, including handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
