Join Definitive Healthcare's dynamic team as an Internal Controls Specialist. As a critical member of our Internal Controls & Special Projects group, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

About the Role

This role will involve assisting the Head of Internal Controls in planning and executing special projects related to financial reporting, risk, and security. You will work closely with various teams, including senior management, finance, legal, privacy, external consultants, and others to manage the SOX evaluation process and test SOX controls.

You will need to have prior knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, documentation, controls, and evaluation of design/effectiveness. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are also essential, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute special projects related to financial reporting, risk, and security.
  • Manage the SOX evaluation process and test SOX controls.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive package, including great healthcare benefits and a 401(k) match.
