Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively across the nation (75%+).
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of liftgate mechanics and electrical/hydraulic systems.
  • Train service technicians on the operation, maintenance, and servicing of liftgate products.
  • Conduct regular fleet inspections as required and discuss findings with clients and management.
  • Assist customers in diagnosing liftgate issues and propose cost-effective solutions via phone or digital communication.
  • Collaborate with the videography team to create training and promotional content.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that detail maintenance and repair processes.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Evaluate returned components to verify warranty claims and assess for resale potential.
  • Work alongside Engineering to enhance product design and installation methods, improving quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in MIG/Tack Welding.
  • Familiarity with ZOHO CRM software.
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish.
