  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our agency.
  • Account Management: Track progress and results, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client issues.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales, coaching, or teaching experience.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating with clients and colleagues.
  • Drive and Motivation: Unrelenting drive to understand and meet client needs, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
