You will be responsible for selling the organization's products and services to prospective and established customers in multi-line insurance, quoting and binding policies, handling customer inquiries, documenting requests and completing changes, and accepting and processing premiums.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet established sales quotas and grow a reputable and successful business in the communities you serve.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including strong communication skills on multiple platforms, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs and processes.
- Maintain sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, prices, and new products.
- Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory and make decisions to determine applicant insurability and placement using competent skills in binding and processing applications.
- Responsible for hiring and managing staff, establishing and maintaining an office budget, handling inventory and office expense control, and focusing on marketing and customer service.
- A 4-year college degree is preferred, and you must attain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
- A valid driver's license is also required.
The compensation for this role is $117,281.00 per year.
As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to build a successful business and make a difference in the lives of your policyholders and the community.
