What We Seek in a Front Waiter/Server:

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, dedicated, and passionate about hospitality. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to handle customer inquiries with courtesy and respect.
  • A proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Front Waiter/Server, you will:

  • Warmly greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Efficiently relay orders to the kitchen and bar using our point-of-sale system.
  • Build a friendly rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Clear tables promptly after meals and prepare for the next guests.
  • Accurately present bills, process payments, and provide change as needed.
  • Extend sincere closing remarks to guests, thanking them for their visit.
