Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Task Lead for a pivotal role that supports a large-scale environment with a significant user base operating on approved Windows and Mac systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and implement the ADB and SAW baseline FISMA system image, including various tailored images for distinct business applications such as standard, lite, ultra-lite, and kiosk mode images for both physical and virtual environments.
  • Manage and administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including the engineering and deployment of Group Policy Objects (GPO) at both enterprise and Organizational Unit (OU) levels.
  • Deliver comprehensive support for the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of a secure Zero Trust Windows and MacOS image, utilizing advanced technology concepts and configuration policies.
  • Assess, test, and integrate workstation modifications to ensure compliance with specifications, documenting issues within designated tracking systems.
  • Maintain and update software distribution platforms for Windows and MacOS, ensuring seamless deployment of applications with minimal disruption to user productivity.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of MECM distribution points, Management Points, Windows Server Update Services, and related infrastructure components.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate operational activities, providing strategic input to management.
  • Proficient in managing and administering Active Directory, Azure AD, MECM, and related systems.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of adapting to changing environments and managing stress effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to research and devise innovative solutions to complex challenges with minimal oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

Computer Systems Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Clearance Requirements

  • Must pass a CBP Background Investigation.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with specific vision capabilities.
  • May require travel between office locations.
