Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional cite checking and blue booking skills in preparing court submissions, written discovery, and legal memoranda.
  • Manage projects and cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Organize and oversee case-related tasks, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing trial exhibits, demonstratives, and witness files, as well as coordinating with court personnel and court reporters.
  • Conduct thorough research, analyze information, and maintain discovery files, notice depositions, and draft subpoenas.
  • Utilize databases and litigation software packages to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively report case status and project updates to attorneys.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm as a litigation paralegal.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel for trial.
