As a key member of our team, you will provide professional, accurate, timely, and reliable paralegal support to assist our litigating teams and attorneys with all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research and analysis to support litigation efforts
• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify relevant laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles
• Synthesize transcripts of hearings and oral arguments for attorney use
• Review case material and identify potentially conflicting statements or areas requiring further investigation
• Develop and maintain case files, including organizing and indexing documents
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret federal security clearance
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience, such as litigation paralegal experience or FOIA analyst experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of legal research tools, such as LEXIS NEXIS, Westlaw, and Pacer
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
