Job Opportunity

Dunwell Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Salesperson to join our team. As a Technical Salesperson, you will be responsible for learning our line of microscopes and accessories, providing technical support, and making recommendations to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical products to customers. You will also be comfortable speaking in public and traveling throughout the US to represent the company at trade shows and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Present online demos and product training sessions
  • Test and provide feedback on new products and technologies
  • Travel to trade shows and events to demonstrate products and provide technical support
  • Set up and maintain a professional booth display
  • Disassemble and pack booth materials for shipment
  • Provide sales and sales lead information to the company
  • Offer trade show feedback to improve future events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical products
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the US
  • Reliable and able to manage a busy travel schedule
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, with training provided
